Ingredients:

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp chili powder
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp olive oil
2–3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
Juice of ½ lemon
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Pat salmon fillets dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, oregano, and smoked paprika for maximum flavor.
Pan-Sear the Salmon:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp on the edges. Remove and set aside.
Create the Honey Garlic Glaze:
Reduce heat to medium, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce, honey, and lemon juice. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Coat the Salmon:
Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the honey garlic sauce over the fillets. Let the sauce bubble and coat the salmon evenly.
