    This Honey Butter Skillet Corn recipe combines sweet honey, creamy butter, and rich cream cheese for a delicious and easy side dish.

    Perfect for family dinners or holiday gatherings, it brings a burst of flavor to any meal.

     

     

    Honey Butter Skillet Corn Recipe

    Ingredients:

    – 2 tablespoons salted butter
    – 2 tablespoons honey
    – 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn
    – 2 ounces cream cheese, cut into chunks
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt
    – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Directions:

    1. Melt Butter and Honey:

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.

    2. Cook Corn:

    Add the frozen corn to the skillet. Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.

    3. Add Cream Cheese and Seasoning:

    Add the cream cheese chunks, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir to combine and cook for another 3-5 minutes, or until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is well blended.

    4. Serve:
