Homestyle Creamy Buttered Chicken Noodles

Tender shredded chicken and soft egg noodles simmered in a luscious buttery cream sauce create the perfect homestyle one-pot dinner. This easy, cozy recipe is ready in under 30 minutes and tastes just like grandma’s cooking warm, creamy, and full of flavor.
Ingredients:
2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed)
12 oz wide egg noodles
4 cups (32 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 teaspoons Better Than Bouillon (chicken base)
½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional, for extra depth)
¼ teaspoon onion powder (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper until golden and fully cooked. Shred or cube and set aside.
Bring the chicken broth to a boil in a large pot. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente. Leave about ½ cup of broth in the pot for added creaminess.
Lower the heat and stir in the cream of chicken soup, butter, Better Than Bouillon, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and velvety.
Add the shredded chicken to the pot and toss gently until everything is coated in the buttery sauce. Season with black pepper and garnish with parsley.
