    High-Protein Cheddar Ranch Dip

This High-Protein Cheddar Ranch Dip is a creamy, keto-friendly snack perfect for parties, meal prep, or campfire gatherings. Packed with protein-rich cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, and cheddar, it delivers delicious flavor without the carbs. The zesty ranch seasoning enhances its savory taste, making it a crowd-pleaser. Serve it with fresh veggies or keto-friendly crackers for a satisfying crunch. Quick to prepare and easy to store, this dip is a must-have for any snack lover!

    Ingredients:

    16 oz sour cream

1 oz packet ranch dressing mix

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

½ cup cottage cheese (for extra protein)

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

2 tbsp chopped green onions (for garnish)

    Instructions:

    1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, ranch dressing mix, and cottage cheese. Stir until smooth.

    2. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.

    3. If using Greek yogurt, mix it in for an ultra-creamy texture.

    4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to enhance the flavors.

    5. Garnish with fresh green onions before serving.

    6. Serve with celery sticks, cucumber slices, bell pepper strips, or keto-friendly crackers.

    Tips:

Swap cottage cheese for unflavored protein powder for an extra protein boost.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick!
Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.

    Enjoy this high-protein, keto-friendly snack!
