Hearty Crockpot Italian Chicken Soup

1 carton (32 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
2 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
1/2 cup small pasta (such as ditalini or orzo)
2 cups fresh baby spinach
Instructions:
1. Layer the crockpot: Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker. Add diced onion, garlic, tomatoes, white beans, chicken broth, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and thyme.
2. Cook low and slow: Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours until the chicken is fully cooked.
3. Shred chicken: Remove chicken, shred with two forks, then return to the crockpot.
