Hearty Crockpot Cowboy Soup

Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
4 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled & cubed
2 cans mixed vegetables (undrained)
1 can sweet corn (undrained)
1 can condensed tomato soup
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can cut green beans (undrained)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Peel & dice potatoes into small cubes.
Brown & drain the ground beef.
In a large slow cooker, add the beef & potatoes.
Pour in all canned vegetables, tomato soup, and diced tomatoes.
Season with salt & pepper, then mix well.
Cook on LOW for 2-3 hours until flavors meld together.
