    Hearty Cabbage Soup

    This Hearty Cabbage Soup is a delicious, nutritious, and easy-to-make meal perfect for any day! Packed with fresh cabbage, tomatoes, onions, and seasoned ground beef, it’s both flavorful and satisfying. The Lipton Onion Soup Mix adds a rich depth of taste, making it even more comforting. This soup is low in calories, high in fiber, and great for weight loss or a cozy meal. Enjoy a warm, homemade bowl that’s perfect for chilly evenings or rainy days!

    Ingredients:

    1 large cabbage, chopped
    2 small onions, diced
    2 cans of stewed tomatoes
    1 pouch Lipton Onion Soup Mix (any flavor)
    1 large celery stalk, finely chopped
    1-2 lbs ground beef, cooked & drained
    Seasonings of choice (garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, etc.)

    Directions:

    Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring to a boil.
    Add the chopped cabbage, onions, tomatoes, and celery, then reduce to a simmer.
    In a separate pan, cook the ground beef, draining any excess fat.
    Stir in the Lipton Onion Soup Mix and your favorite seasonings.
    Add the cooked ground beef to the pot, simmer for a few more minutes, then taste and adjust seasonings.
    Serve hot and enjoy a warm, comforting bowl of homemade cabbage soup!
