    Hearty and Delicious Beef Stew Recipe.

     

    Hearty and Delicious Beef Stew Recipe.

     

    This hearty and delicious beef stew combines tender beef cubes with potatoes, carrots, and a rich broth, creating a comforting and flavorful meal perfect for any occasion.

    Ideal for cozy dinners, this easy-to-make recipe will quickly become a family favorite.

    Ingredients:

    – 3 tbsp olive oil
    – 2 lbs beef cubes
    – 2 onions, chopped
    – 3 garlic cloves, minced
    – 340 ml beer
    – 4 cups beef broth
    – 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    – 2 tbsp tomato paste
    – 1/2 tsp paprika
    – 1 tsp thyme
    – Salt and pepper to taste
    – 1 tsp sugar
    – 3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
    – 3 carrots, peeled and sliced

    Directions:

    1. Brown the Beef:

    – Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
    – Add the beef cubes and brown them on all sides. Once browned, remove the beef and set it aside.

    2. Sauté Onions and Garlic:

    – In the same saucepan, add the chopped onions and cook until they become translucent, stirring often.
    – Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute, until fragrant.

    3. Deglaze and Combine:

    – Pour in the beer and beef broth, stirring to deglaze the pan and release any browned bits from the bottom.
    – Add the Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, paprika, thyme, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well to combine.

    4. Simmer the Stew:

    – Return the browned beef to the pan.
    – Cover the saucepan and let the stew simmer on low heat for about 1.5 hours.

    5. Add Vegetables:

    – Add the diced potatoes and sliced carrots to the stew.
    – Cover and continue simmering for another 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.

    6. Adjust Seasoning:

    – Taste the stew and adjust the seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.

    7. Serve:

    – Ladle the stew into bowls and serve hot.
