    This Healthy Patty Melt Casserole combines the savory flavors of a classic patty melt with a nutritious twist. Made with lean ground beef, fiber-rich rye bread, and heart-healthy olive oil, it’s a well-balanced meal that’s both satisfying and wholesome. The eggs, milk, and cheese provide essential protein and calcium, supporting overall health.     Ingredients:

    1 lb lean ground beef (for heart health)

    1 large onion, thinly sliced

    1 tbsp olive oil (rich in healthy fats)

    8 slices rye bread, cubed (high-fiber option)

    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese (calcium for strong bones)

    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
