    Healthy Chicken Pinwheels.

     

    These Healthy Chicken Pinwheels are a delicious low-carb appetizer, perfect for anyone following a keto diet. With savory pesto, tender chicken, and melty mozzarella, they make a flavorful and healthy snack!

    Ingredients:

    – 4 keto-friendly low-carb tortillas
    – 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken breast
    – 1/2 cup keto pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
    – 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    – 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
    – 1/4 cup spinach, finely chopped
    – Salt and pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Lay out the keto-friendly low-carb tortillas on a clean, flat surface. Spread a thin layer of keto pesto sauce over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges to prevent spillage.

    2. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken breast on top of the pesto sauce.

    3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and chopped spinach over the chicken. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    4. Carefully roll each tortilla tightly, starting from one end and working your way to the other, to create a wrapped cylinder.

    5. Once rolled, slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch sections to create pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

    6. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 7 minutes or until crispy. Serve and enjoy your delicious keto pesto chicken pinwheels!
