    This Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Breakfast Pizza combines comfort food with a heart-healthy twist.     Ingredients

    1 (16 ounce) package breakfast sausage (lean or turkey sausage for a heart-healthy option)

    ¼ cup whole wheat or all-purpose flour

    Ground black pepper to taste

    1 tablespoon olive oil (rich in healthy fats, good for heart health)

    1 (12 inch) whole grain pre-baked pizza crust (for added fiber)

    ¼ cup low-fat milk (supports bone health)

    Directions

    1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and discard grease to reduce fat. Stir in flour until dissolved, then add 2 cups low-fat milk. Stir occasionally until the gravy reaches the desired consistency, about 10 minutes.
