    Healthy and Delicious Zucchini Garlic Fries!

     

    Upgrade your snack time with these irresistibly crispy Zucchini Garlic Fries! Whether served as a side dish or enjoyed on their own, these guilt-free fries are sure to become a hit.

    Ingredients:

    – 4 medium zucchinis
    – 2 tablespoons olive oil
    – 1 teaspoon garlic powder
    – ½ teaspoon onion powder
    – ½ teaspoon paprika
    – 1 teaspoon salt
    – ½ teaspoon black pepper
    – ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    – 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
    – Optional: marinara sauce or ranch for dipping

    Directions:

    1. Preheat the Oven:
    Set your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Prepare the Zucchinis:
    Rinse the zucchinis, trim the ends, and slice them into ¼-inch thick sticks.

    3. Season the Zucchini:
    Combine the zucchini sticks with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl, ensuring an even coating.

    4. Add the Cheese:
    Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned zucchini, tossing to coat thoroughly.

    5. Bake the Zucchini Fries:
    Arrange the zucchini sticks in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

    6. Garnish and Serve:
    Take the zucchini fries out of the oven and top with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.
