Ground Beef Casserole
Ingredients:
1 pound (450g) ground beef
1 can (10.75 ounces/305g) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup (240ml) sour cream
1 package (16 ounces/450g) egg noodles
1 cup (120g) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions until they are just al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined. Allow the mixture to simmer for a few minutes.
Add the cooked egg noodles to the skillet with the beef mixture and toss until the noodles are evenly coated.
Transfer the beef and noodle mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
