    Savory Pineapple Teriyaki Chicken Thighs (Easy Grilled Recipe)

     

    Ingredients:

    1 cup brown sugar
    500 g boneless chicken thighs
    1 cup soy sauce
    1 tablespoon chopped garlic
    1 tablespoon ginger paste
    1 cup pineapple juice

    Instructions:
    Start by preparing the marinade. In a bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, ginger paste, and pineapple juice. Mix thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved.

    Pat the chicken thighs dry using a paper towel. Place them in a ziplock bag and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but for best results, marinate overnight to enhance the flavor and tenderness.

    Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook on a preheated grill over medium heat. Grill each side for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly caramelized.

    Pour the remaining marinade into a skillet and cook over medium heat until it reaches a boil and begins to thicken slightly. This creates a rich teriyaki sauce.

    Arrange the grilled chicken on a serving dish and spoon the hot sauce over the top. Serve immediately while warm.
