Ingredients:
Lobster Tails
2 large lobster tails, split in half
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley (garnish)
Crispy Homemade Fries
2 large russet potatoes, cut into fries
2 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
Creamy Garlic Sauce
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or deep-fryer to 350°F (175°C).
Toss fries with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Bake 25-30 minutes or fry until golden and crispy.
Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high.
Brush lobster with butter, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Grill flesh-side down 4-5 mins, flip, then 2-3 mins until opaque.
Squeeze lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
Mix mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and optional hot sauce in a small bowl.
Plate crispy fries and top with grilled lobster tails.
Drizzle with creamy sauce and garnish with extra parsley.
