    1. Make Tomato Salsa: In a small bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, minced jalapeño pepper, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and sugar. Stir to mix well and set aside.

    2. Cook Rice: In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the rice is tender and flavorful.

    3. Marinate Beef: In a bowl, mix the teriyaki sauce, honey, and grated ginger. Add the thinly sliced beef and marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavor.

    4. Grill Beef: Preheat your grill and cook the marinated beef until it is cooked through and slightly charred, about 4-5 minutes per side.
