    This Classic Greek Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish, perfect for a light meal or side. It combines crisp cucumbers, juicy cherry tomatoes, tangy feta cheese, and briny olives, all tossed in a simple olive oil and vinegar dressing. Seasoned with oregano and parsley, this salad brings the authentic flavors of Greece to your table. It’s not only delicious but also packed with fresh, healthy ingredients.     Ingredients:

    2 cups cucumber, sliced

    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

    1/2 red onion, sliced

    1/4 cup Kalamata olives

    1/4 cup green olives

    1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    1/4 tsp dried oregano

    Salt & pepper, to taste

    2 tbsp olive oil

    1 tbsp vinegar (your choice: apple cider or white vinegar)

    Instructions:

    1. Prep the Vegetables:

    Slice the cucumbers and red onion.

    Halve the cherry tomatoes.

    Cube the feta cheese.

    2. Assemble the Salad:

    In a large bowl, combine the cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, red onion, Kalamata olives, and green olives.

    Add the cubed feta cheese on top.

    3. Season and Dress:

    Sprinkle the salad with dried oregano, freshly chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to taste.
