    Garlic Parmesan Steak Bites with Rotini Pasta

    A creamy, savory pasta dinner loaded with juicy steak bites and rich garlic Parmesan sauce! Perfect for weeknights when you crave something hearty, comforting, and full of flavor.

     

    Ingredients:

    For the Steak Bites:
    1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
    Salt and black pepper, to taste
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
    For the Rotini and Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
    12 oz rotini pasta
    3 tbsp unsalted butter
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    Salt and black pepper, to taste

    Instructions:

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    Cook the rotini until al dente (about 10–12 minutes).
    Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

    Season steak pieces generously with salt and pepper.
    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter.
    Add the steak bites and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy.
    Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
    Remove steak bites from the pan and set aside.

    In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat.
    Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
    Pour in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning, stirring well.
    Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Add the cooked rotini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
    If needed, thin the sauce with a splash of the reserved pasta water.
    Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss gently with the pasta.
    Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan cheese.
