    Garlic Lamb Chops with Shrimp Alfredo & Roasted Broccolini

    Ingredients:

    Garlic Herb Lamb Chops
    4 lamb chops
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    Salt & cracked black pepper
    1 tbsp butter

    Creamy Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine
    ½ lb fettuccine pasta
    ½ lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
    2 tbsp butter
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup heavy cream
    ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
    ½ tsp Italian seasoning
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)

    Roasted Broccolini
    1 bunch broccolini
    1 tbsp olive oil
    Salt, pepper & garlic powder
    Lemon squeeze (optional)

    Directions:

    Season lamb with salt, pepper, garlic, and herbs. Sear in hot olive oil for 3–4 minutes per side. Finish with butter and balsamic vinegar for a rich, caramelized garlic glaze that locks in juiciness.

    Boil pasta until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water before draining this helps create a silky Alfredo sauce.

    Sauté shrimp in butter and garlic until pink and tender. This quick step adds lean protein and bold seafood flavor.

    In the same pan, add cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth, then toss in pasta and shrimp. Add pasta water if needed for restaurant-style creaminess.

    Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until lightly charred and crisp-tender. Finish with lemon for freshness.
