    Ingredients:

    ½ lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
    ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    8 oz spaghetti or linguine pasta
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp butter, divided
    4 garlic cloves, minced
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    ½ tsp smoked paprika
    Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
    2 cups fresh spinach
    ¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
    ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
    Fresh parsley, for garnish

    Directions:

    Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.

    In the same pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Add garlic, shrimp, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt. Sauté 2–3 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and juicy.

    Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain, reserving a small amount of pasta water. Toss pasta with remaining butter for a rich, silky base.

    Add spinach and roasted red peppers to the pasta, followed by shrimp. Toss gently until spinach wilts and everything is coated in garlic butter sauce.

    Top pasta with seared steak bites. Finish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Serve hot for a restaurant-style surf and turf pasta experience.
