Ingredients:
½ lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz spaghetti or linguine pasta
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter, divided
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
2 cups fresh spinach
¼ cup chopped roasted red peppers
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Directions:
Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear steak until golden and tender. Remove and set aside.
