    Garlic Butter Steak
    2 ribeye steaks or NY strip steaks
    Salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
    1 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp unsalted butter
    4 garlic cloves, smashed
    2 sprigs fresh thyme or rosemary
    Fresh chopped parsley (for garnish)

    Garlic Green Beans
    12 oz fresh green beans, trimmed
    1 tbsp butter or olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Cheesy Garlic Bread
    1 French baguette or Italian loaf, sliced
    3 tbsp butter, softened
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar & mozzarella blend)
    1 tbsp chopped parsley

    Directions:

    Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a hot skillet and sear steaks for 3–4 minutes per side until a flavorful crust forms.

    Reduce heat and add butter, garlic, and herbs. Tilt the pan and spoon the melted garlic butter over the steaks for 1–2 minutes to lock in juicy, rich flavor.

    In another pan, sauté green beans with butter and garlic for 6–8 minutes until tender-crisp. Season to taste for a fresh, healthy side dish.

    Mix butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread over bread slices, top with shredded cheese, and broil until bubbly, golden, and crispy.
