GARLIC BUTTER STEAK AND POTATOES SKILLET

This Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet is the ultimate comfort food, combining tender sirloin steak with crispy, golden potatoes, all smothered in a rich garlic butter sauce. It’s a one-pan meal that’s not only quick and easy to make but also packed with savory flavors. Perfect for a weeknight dinner, this dish delivers a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your own home. The blend of juicy steak and buttery potatoes will satisfy any craving, making it a family favorite. Serve it hot and enjoy the mouthwatering goodness!

    Ingredients:
    – 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    – 1 tablespoon olive oil
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    – 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
    – 1/2 cup chopped onion
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tablespoon butter
    – 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    1. Heat the Skillet: Begin by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. While the oil heats, season the sirloin steak cubes with salt and black pepper.

    2. Sear the Steak: Once the skillet is hot, add the steak. Sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until the steak is browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

    3. Cook the Potatoes and Onions: In the same skillet, add the quartered red potatoes, chopped onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are fork-tender and golden brown.

    4. Infuse with Garlic Butter: Reduce the heat and add butter to the skillet. Let it melt, then stir in the chopped fresh parsley. Cook for about 1 minute, allowing the butter to absorb the flavors of the garlic and parsley.

    5. Combine and Finish: Return the steak to the skillet, tossing it with the garlic butter-coated potatoes and onions. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to ensure the steak is reheated and everything is evenly coated in the garlic butter sauce.

    6. Serve: Serve this mouthwatering garlic butter steak and potatoes skillet immediately, while it’s hot and flavorful.
