    Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet

     

     

    Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet:

    Ingredients:

    – 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
    – 1 tablespoon olive oil
    – 1/2 teaspoon salt
    – 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    – 1 pound small red potatoes, quartered
    – 1/2 cup chopped onion
    – 2 cloves garlic, minced
    – 1 tablespoon butter
    – 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    Instructions:

    1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    – Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes.
    – Quarter the small red potatoes.
    – Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
    – Chop the fresh parsley.

    2. Cook the Potatoes:
    – Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    – Add the quartered potatoes to the skillet, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.
    – Cook the potatoes for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and fork-tender.
    – Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set them aside.

    3. Cook the Steak:
    – In the same skillet, add the cubed sirloin steak.
    – Season the steak with the remaining salt and pepper.
    – Cook the steak cubes for about 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are browned on all sides and cooked to your desired doneness.
    – Remove the steak from the skillet and set it aside.

    4. Cook the Onions and Garlic:
    – In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic.
    – Sauté for about 2-3 minutes, until the onions are translucent and the garlic is fragrant.

    5. Combine and Finish:

    – Add the cooked potatoes and steak back into the skillet with the onions and garlic.
    – Stir in the butter, allowing it to melt and coat the steak and potatoes.
    – Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine all the flavors.

    6. Garnish and Serve:

    – Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with the chopped fresh parsley.
    – Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Skillet!

    Tips:

    – For extra flavor, you can add a splash of beef broth or a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce when combining the steak and potatoes.
    – Make sure not to overcrowd the skillet to ensure even cooking of the steak and potatoes.
