    Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Recipe

     

    Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes Recipe

    This Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes recipe brings together juicy steak with crispy, golden potatoes for a perfect meal! The rich garlic butter adds mouthwatering flavor, making each bite unforgettable. It’s a simple yet satisfying dish ideal for busy nights or special occasions. With a prep time of just 15 minutes, it’s quick and easy. Try it, and enjoy a hearty, flavorful meal!

    Ingredients:

    For the Steak:

    2 pounds ribeye or sirloin steaks, about 1 inch thick

    Salt and black pepper to taste

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    For the Garlic Butter:

    4 tablespoons butter

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

    1 teaspoon thyme, chopped

    For the Potatoes:

    1 pound baby potatoes, halved

    1 tablespoon olive oil

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    Prepare the Potatoes:

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

    3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, until tender and golden.

     

    Cook the Steak:

    1. Generously season steaks with salt and pepper.

    2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    3. Add steaks to the skillet, cooking for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

    4. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest.

     

    Make the Garlic Butter:

    1. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add butter and minced garlic.

    2. Cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

    3. Stir in parsley and thyme.

     

    Serve:

    1. Slice rested steaks and serve with roasted potatoes.

    2. Spoon garlic butter over steak and potatoes.

    3. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
