    This Garlic Butter Steak and Potatoes recipe is a mouthwatering, one-pan dinner that’s packed with flavor. Tender sirloin steak bites are seared to perfection and coated in a rich, garlic butter sauce infused with thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Roasted baby potatoes add a crispy and golden texture, complementing the savory steak. With just 45 minutes from start to finish, this dish is perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions. Garnish with fresh parsley for a burst of color and freshness, making it a complete meal everyone will love!

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

    1 1/2 pounds baby potatoes, halved

    4 tablespoons olive oil, divided

    6 cloves garlic, minced

    4 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided

    1 teaspoon dried thyme

    1 teaspoon dried rosemary

    1 teaspoon dried oregano

    Salt and pepper to taste

    Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure it’s ready to roast the potatoes to perfection.

    2. Roast the Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and tender. Perfectly roasted potatoes add a crispy texture to this steak dinner.

    3. Cook the Steak: While the potatoes roast, heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add bite-sized steak pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove from the skillet and set aside.
