Garlic Butter Shrimp Bread Bowl Bliss!

Ingredients:
For the Bread Bowl
1 round sourdough or French loaf
1 tbsp melted butter
½ tsp garlic powder
For the Garlic Butter Shrimp
12 large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (garnish)
For the Cheesy Sauce
½ cup heavy cream
½ cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar
¼ cup grated Parmesan
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Directions:
Prep the Bread Bowl
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Slice off the top of the loaf; hollow out the center.
Brush inside with melted butter; dust with garlic powder.
Bake 10 mins until golden & crisp.
Sauté Shrimp
Melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add garlic; cook 30 secs until fragrant.
Season shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika, red pepper flakes; toss in pan.
Cook 2–3 mins per side until pink. Set aside.
Make the Cheesy Sauce
In same pan, pour in heavy cream; bring to simmer.
Stir in mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning until silky smooth.
Assemble & Garnish
Spoon cheese sauce into warm bread bowl.
Top with garlic butter shrimp.
Sprinkle fresh parsley.
Serve & Devour
Dip crusty bread “lid” or cut-off pieces into the gooey center.
