    4 tbsp unsalted butter
    3–4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

(If crowded, cook in batches to get the perfect sear!)

Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat.
Warm for 1–2 minutes avoid overcooking.

Toss everything gently in the garlic butter sauce.

Adjust seasoning with extra salt, pepper, or lemon if desired.

    Delicious with:
    Pasta

    Crusty garlic bread
    Steamed veggies (for low-carb meals)
