    Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups

     

    These Garlic Butter Beef Cheeseburger Rollups are a family favorite for weeknight meals, party foods, or gameday eats. With buttery crescent rolls, cheesy ground beef filling, and a hint of garlic, they make the ultimate comfort food dinner or easy appetizer. Perfect for quick bites, kids’ dinner ideas, or when you’re craving melty cheese and burger flavors wrapped in a golden, flaky crust.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb ground beef

    1 small onion, finely chopped

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tsp salt

    ½ tsp black pepper

    1 tbsp ketchup

    1 tbsp yellow mustard

    1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

    1 (8 oz) tube refrigerated crescent dough or pizza dough

    3 tbsp butter, melted

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

    Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and sauté the onions until soft. Drain any excess grease.

    3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat.

    4. Roll out the crescent dough or pizza dough and cut into rectangles (or use the precut crescent triangles).

    5. Spoon the savory beef mixture onto each piece of dough and top generously with shredded cheddar cheese.

    6. Roll each one tightly, pinching the seams to seal the filling inside. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.

    7. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and brush it over each rollup. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired for that classic cheeseburger feel.

    8. Bake for 13–15 minutes or until golden brown and melty.

    9. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
