Garlic Butter Beef and Spinach Tortellini

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 (20 oz) package refrigerated cheese tortellini
1 cup beef broth
2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and ground beef, cooking until browned. Break it up with a spoon as it cooks.
Stir in minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add cheese tortellini and beef broth, bringing it to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the tortellini is tender.
Stir in butter until melted, creating a rich sauce.
Toss in fresh spinach, cooking until wilted.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the mixture and stir until combined.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
