    Garlic Butter Baked Scallops

     

    Indulge in these Garlic Butter Baked Scallops tender, juicy, and bursting with rich flavors! A golden, crispy Parmesan breadcrumb topping adds the perfect crunch to every bite. Baked to perfection in just 10-12 minutes, this dish is quick, easy, and restaurant-worthy! Serve with fresh lemon wedges for a zesty finish.

    Ingredients:

    1 lb large scallops, patted dry

    4 tbsp butter, melted

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1/4 cup breadcrumbs

    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

    1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

    1 tbsp lemon juice

    Salt & pepper to taste

    Lemon wedges (for serving)

    Instructions:

    Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat to 400°F (200°C).

    Make the Garlic Butter:
    Mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Assemble:
    Place scallops in a single layer in a baking dish and coat them with the garlic butter mixture.

    Add the Crunchy Topping:
    Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, and parsley, then sprinkle over the scallops.

    Bake to Perfection:
    Bake for 10-12 minutes until the scallops are opaque and the top is golden brown.
