    Fish Pan with Cherry Tomatoes

    Fish Pan with Cherry Tomatoes

    Ingredients:

    • 4 fish fillets (your choice)
    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 4 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

    Directions:

    . Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    . In a large oven-safe pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
    . Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and dried oregano.
    . Place the fillets in the pan and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
    . Add minced garlic and cherry tomatoes to the pan, distributing them around the fish.
    . Transfer the pan to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
    . Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
