Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese
3 large eggs
1½ cups almond flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
Optional toppings: everything bagel seasoning, sesame seeds
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Blend cottage cheese and eggs until creamy. Add almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until smooth and thick.
Scoop into 6 equal portions on your baking sheet. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning for extra crunch.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and firm.
Cool on a wire rack for a few minutes before serving.
