    Slow Cooker Savory Ground Beef with Vegetables

    This slow cooker ground beef recipe is the ultimate comfort food for busy days.
    Made with lean ground beef, carrots, onions, and a rich savory sauce, it delivers deep, slow-simmered flavor with minimal effort.

    By swapping pork for ground beef, this dish becomes more widely enjoyed, lighter, and perfect for family dinners, meal prep, or freezer meals.

    Cooked low and slow, the beef becomes tender and juicy while the vegetables soak up every bit of flavor. Serve it over rice, mashed potatoes, pasta, or enjoy it as a hearty bowl on its own.

    Ingredients

    1½ lb lean ground beef
    1 cup carrots, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup beef broth
    2 tbsp tomato paste
    1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp paprika
    ½ tsp black pepper
    ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)
    1 tbsp olive oil (for browning)
    Instructions

    Brown the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

    Add onion and garlic; sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant.
    Transfer beef mixture to the slow cooker.

    Stir in carrots, beef broth, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.

    Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
    Stir before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
