1.5 lbs ground beef (protein-rich)
1 medium garlic clove, minced
½ medium onion, chopped
2 cups pasta shells (medium size)
¼ cup olive oil or vegetable oil
4 cups water or chicken broth
2 tbsp Knorr chicken bouillon
4 tbsp Knorr tomato bouillon
3 serrano chiles, diced (optional for heat)
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes
A handful of fresh cilantro, chopped
2 packets red sazon seasoning
1 bay leaf
Garlic powder and onion powder, to taste
Black pepper, to taste

How to Make Pasta Shells with Ground Beef

Cook the Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef with minced garlic, black pepper, and Sazon perfecta seasoning in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease.
Toast the Pasta Shells:
In a separate deep skillet, heat ¼ cup oil. Add pasta shells and toast lightly until golden brown.
Combine Ingredients:
Mix the cooked ground beef with the toasted pasta shells. Add water, Knorr chicken bouillon, Knorr tomato bouillon, diced serrano chiles, half of the chopped onion, Rotel, red sazon, bay leaf, and cilantro. Sprinkle garlic powder and onion powder to taste.
