Easy No-Knead Homemade Sandwich Bread

Ingredients for Easy Soft Sandwich Bread:
3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups (360ml) warm water
2 tsp sugar
1 ½ tsp salt
2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly and foamy.
Add in the flour and salt. Stir until the dough is fully combined it will be sticky, and that’s normal!
Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Grease a loaf pan and transfer the dough into it. Smooth the top, then cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy your fresh, homemade sandwich bread!
