    Easy No-Knead Homemade Sandwich Bread

    Looking for the best no-knead sandwich bread recipe that’s soft, fluffy, and super simple to make? This easy homemade sandwich bread requires no kneading, no eggs, and no butter! It’s the perfect loaf for sandwiches, toast, or just enjoying warm with a little jam. Even beginners can whip this up with ease and trust me, once you make it, you’ll never want store-bought bread again!

     

    Ingredients for Easy Soft Sandwich Bread:

    3 ½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour

    1 ½ cups (360ml) warm water

    2 tsp sugar

    1 ½ tsp salt

    2 ¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast

     

    Instructions:

    In a large mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until bubbly and foamy.
    Add in the flour and salt. Stir until the dough is fully combined it will be sticky, and that’s normal!
    Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rise in a warm spot for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
    Grease a loaf pan and transfer the dough into it. Smooth the top, then cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
    Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
    Allow to cool completely before slicing. Enjoy your fresh, homemade sandwich bread!

     

    Perfect for: sandwiches, grilled cheese, toast, or just warm with a drizzle of honey!
