Ingredients:

1 pound lean ground beef (perfect for keto recipes)

5 cups green cabbage, shredded or chopped

¼ cup low-carb taco seasoning (store-bought or homemade)

1 tablespoon dry minced onion for extra flavor

¼ cup water (to blend seasonings)

1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (for that melty goodness)

 

Instructions:

1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked; drain excess grease if needed.

2. Add in the dry minced onion and taco seasoning, stirring well to coat the meat.

3. Pour in ¼ cup water, then mix in the shredded cabbage. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cabbage is tender.
