This Easy Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna is the ultimate comfort food for busy nights! Layered with cheesy ravioli, hearty ground beef, and rich pasta sauce, it’s a delicious twist on classic lasagna without all the hassle. Just layer, set, and let the crockpot do the work! With tender ravioli and gooey melted cheese in every bite, it’s a family favorite that’s both simple and satisfying. Perfect for cozy dinners, just serve hot with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs.

Ingredients for Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna:

1 bag of frozen cheese ravioli

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 jar (24 oz) pasta sauce (try marinara or traditional Italian for a rich flavor)

1 lb ground beef (browned and drained; use 2 lbs for an extra meaty crockpot lasagna)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ground Beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside. This adds a delicious, hearty layer to your ravioli lasagna.

2. Prep the Crockpot: Lightly grease the bottom and sides of your crockpot to avoid sticking, making it easier to serve.

3. Layering Process: Begin by spreading a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the crockpot. Add a layer of frozen cheese ravioli over the sauce, followed by a sprinkle of browned ground beef.

4. Add Cheeses: Layer shredded Parmesan and mozzarella cheese to give this lasagna a creamy, cheesy texture.

5. Repeat Layers: Continue layering pasta sauce, ravioli, ground beef, and cheeses until all ingredients are used up, making sure the final layer is cheese for an ooey-gooey finish.

6. Cook: Cover with the crockpot lid and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the ravioli are tender, and the cheese is perfectly melted and bubbly.

7. Serve: Serve your crockpot lasagna hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh basil for a classic Italian touch!

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4-5 hours | Servings: 6-8
