This Easy Creamy Salmon Florentine is a restaurant-quality dish made at home in just 25 minutes! Juicy pan-seared salmon fillets are coated in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with spinach and optional cherry tomatoes. Ingredients:
Salmon Fillets:
4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Creamy Florentine Sauce:
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
Directions:
Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place salmon fillets skin-side down, cooking for 4–5 minutes until golden. Flip and cook 2–3 minutes more. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant.
Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
Add spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
Return salmon fillets to the skillet. Spoon creamy sauce over the fish.
Simmer for 2 minutes until heated through.
Serve with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.
