Ingredients:
For the Pan-Seared Salmon:
4 salmon fillets (skin-on or skinless)
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
For the Creamy Spinach Sauce (Florentine Style):
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
How to Make Creamy Salmon Florentine:
Sear the Salmon:
Pat dry the salmon fillets and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat.
Sear the salmon skin-side down for 4–5 minutes, flip, and cook another 2–3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
