Easy Chicken Chow Mein Stir-Fry Recipe

Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
3 cups cooked chow mein noodles
1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced (red, green, or yellow)
1 cup carrots, julienned
1 small onion, sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and stir-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Sauté the Vegetables
In the same pan, toss in the onions, bell peppers, carrots, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
3. Combine Everything
Add the cooked noodles and chicken back into the pan. Pour in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Stir everything together for 2–3 minutes, until noodles are well coated and heated through.
