    Easy Cheesecake Cups Recipe

     

    Easy Cheesecake Cups Recipe – Quick and Delicious Individual Treats!

    **Ingredients:**
    – 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    – 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
    – 2 tablespoons sugar
    – 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
    – 1/2 cup sugar
    – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    – 2 large eggs
    – 1/2 cup sour cream
    – Fruit topping or chocolate shavings (optional)

    **Directions:**
    1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
    2. **Crust Preparation:** Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press evenly into the bottom of each cup in a muffin tin.

     

    3. **Filling:** Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating just until blended. Stir in sour cream.
    4. **Assemble:** Spoon cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cup.
    5. **Bake:** Bake for 25-30 minutes until set. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    6. **Serve:** Top with fruit or chocolate before serving if desired.
