Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole Recipe: Easy Weeknight Dinner

Are you looking for a quick and delicious dinner that’s sure to please the whole family? This Dump and Bake Meatball Casserole is the perfect solution. With minimal prep and maximum flavor, it’s an easy weeknight meal that everyone will love.

    Ingredients:
    – 1 pound frozen meatballs (about 36 meatballs)
    – 24 ounces (680g) pasta sauce
    – 16 ounces (454g) shredded mozzarella cheese
    – 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
    – 1/4 cup (10g) chopped fresh parsley
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Directions:

    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch (23x33cm) baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
    2. In a large bowl, combine the frozen meatballs, pasta sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    3. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the meatballs are heated through and the cheese is completely melted and bubbling.

    5. Remove from the oven and let the casserole sit for 5 minutes before serving. The casserole will firm up slightly as it cools.

    6. Serve warm directly from the baking dish alongside crusty bread, a fresh salad, or steamed vegetables. Enjoy!

This easy meatball casserole is a fantastic go-to recipe for busy nights. The combination of savory meatballs, rich pasta sauce, and gooey melted cheese makes it an irresistible dish that will have everyone asking for seconds. Try it tonight and see why it’s a favorite!
