Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded (or 1 ½ lbs raw chicken breast, diced)
1 cup uncooked long-grain white rice
3 cups low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup cream of chicken soup
½ cup heavy cream or milk
2 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons butter, cubed
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Mix Base: In the baking dish, whisk together rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, heavy cream, and seasonings until smooth.
