This Dolly Parton’s 5-Ingredient Casserole is the ultimate easy ground beef casserole! Made with frozen potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and cheddar cheese, this cheesy beef casserole is creamy, hearty, and perfect for weeknight dinners or family gatherings.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
3 cups frozen diced potatoes (or hash browns)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
Optional Garnish:
Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped

Directions:

5-Ingredient Casserole
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Cook the Beef
In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through. Drain excess fat and season lightly.
3. Mix the Casserole
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, frozen potatoes, sour cream, and 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese. Stir until evenly blended.
