    Delicious Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry with Fresh Veggies

     

     

    This Steak and Shrimp Stir Fry brings together tender steak, succulent shrimp, and colorful, crisp veggies for a quick, flavorful meal. The dish is seasoned with soy and oyster sauces, adding a savory depth that pairs perfectly with garlic and ginger. Ready in just 30 minutes, it’s an ideal option for busy weeknights when you crave something satisfying. Serve over rice or noodles for a complete, hearty dinner. Perfect for a crowd or a cozy family meal!

    Ingredients:

    8 oz steak (sirloin or flank), thinly sliced

    12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined

    2 tablespoons soy sauce

    1 tablespoon oyster sauce

    1 tablespoon sesame oil

    3 cloves garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced

    1/2 red bell pepper, sliced

    1/2 yellow bell pepper, sliced

    1 zucchini, sliced

    1 small onion, sliced

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)

    1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

    Cooked rice or noodles (optional for serving)

    Directions:

    1. Marinate the Steak and Shrimp: In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add the sliced steak and shrimp, ensuring each piece is coated well. Let marinate for about 10 minutes for maximum flavor.

    2. Prep the Veggies: While the meat is marinating, heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the garlic and ginger for about 1 minute, until they release a fragrant aroma.

    3. Cook the Veggies: Add the bell peppers, zucchini, and onion. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are just tender, retaining a slight crisp.

    4. Cook the Steak and Shrimp: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet, then add the steak and shrimp to the empty side. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, cooking until the shrimp are pink and the steak is browned.

    5. Combine and Serve: Mix everything together in the skillet and stir-fry for one more minute to blend flavors. Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles if desired.
