    Delicious Garlic Buns Recipe

    Ingredients

    For the Dough
    – 400 g (3¼ cups) all-purpose flour
    – 50 g (1/4 cup) sugar
    – 1 cup lukewarm milk
    – 5 g (1 tsp) salt
    – 7 g dry yeast
    – 55 g (1/4 cup) butter, softened
    – 1 large egg
    – 8 g (1 tbsp) minced garlic

    For the Garlic Butter:
    – 55 g (1/3 cup) salted butter, melted
    – 8 g (1 tbsp) minced garlic
    – 1 g (2 tsp) dried parsley

    Instructions

    1. Prepare the Dough:
    – In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and dry yeast. Mix well.
    – Pour in the lukewarm milk and add the egg. Knead the dough with a mixer for 5 minutes until combined. Cover with a towel and let it rest for 20 minutes.
    – Add the softened butter and minced garlic to the dough. Continue to knead until the dough becomes elastic and smooth.

    2. First Rise:
    – Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

    3. Shape the Buns:
    – Transfer the risen dough to a work surface, shape it into a square, and divide it into 25 equal pieces.
    – Roll each piece into a ball, cover, and let them rest for 15 minutes.
    – Shape the dough balls further by tucking in the edges and place them in a greased baking mold. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

    4. Prepare the Garlic Butter:
    – In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley. Mix well.

    5. Bake the Buns:
    – Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Brush the tops of the risen rolls with the prepared garlic butter.
    – Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

    6. Finish and Serve:
    – When the rolls are still warm, brush them with a little more garlic butter for an extra burst of flavor.
    – Serve and enjoy your delicious garlic buns!
