    Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Roll Cake is a delightful combination of rich chocolate sponge cake, creamy peanut butter, and fluffy whipped cream. The addition of crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups creates a perfect balance of sweetness and texture. This show-stopping dessert is drizzled with melted chocolate for an extra touch of indulgence.     Ingredients:

    6 large eggs

    1 cup sugar

    1/2 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free!)

    1/3 cup cocoa powder

    1 tsp vanilla extract

    1 cup heavy cream (whipped)

    1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

    1/2 cup crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups

    Instructions:

    Make the Batter: Beat eggs and sugar together until light and fluffy. Gradually fold in flour, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.

    Bake the Cake: Pour the batter evenly onto the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until set.

    Fill & Roll: Allow the cake to cool slightly. Spread a layer of creamy peanut butter followed by whipped cream over the cake. Sprinkle crushed Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups generously on top. Carefully roll the cake tightly.

    Chill & Decorate: Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours. Drizzle melted chocolate over the top before serving for the ultimate finishing touch.
