Decadent Peanut Butter Fudge Cake Bars

Savor the irresistible blend of velvety chocolate and luscious peanut butter with these Decadent Peanut Butter Fudge Cake Bars. They’re the ultimate treat to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings!

    Ingredients:
    – 1 box yellow cake mix
    – 2 eggs
    – ½ cup melted butter
    – 1 tsp. vanilla extract
    – ½ cup creamy peanut butter

    For the Fudge Filling:
    – 2 cups chocolate chips
    – 1 can sweetened condensed milk
    – 2 Tbsp. butter

    Directions:
    1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with nonstick foil.
    2. For the cake layer, in a large mixing bowl, blend together the yellow cake mix, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and creamy peanut butter until smooth. Spread half of the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
    3. For the fudge layer, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Microwave until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth, stirring occasionally. Pour the fudge layer over the cake batter in the pan.
    4. For the top layer, spoon dollops of the remaining cake batter over the fudge layer, spreading it as evenly as possible.
    5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges begin to pull away from the pan. Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
    6. Serve as is or with an optional drizzle of melted peanut butter on top.
