2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
½ cup unsalted butter, melted

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted and slightly cooled

1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions:
