    Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

    Ingredients:

    For the Lasagna:

    – 1 lb ground beef, Italian sausage, or plant-based crumbles
    – 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce (homemade optional)
    – 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli (no thawing needed)
    – 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
    – 1 cup ricotta cheese (optional for extra creaminess)
    – 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    – 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    – 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    – Salt and pepper to taste

    Optional Add-Ins:

    – 1 cup sliced mushrooms
    – 1 cup chopped spinach
    – 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

    Instructions:

    Step 1: Brown the Meat

    – In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
    – Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes.

    Step 2: Layer the Ingredients in the Crockpot

    – Spread a thin layer of meat sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.
    – Add half the frozen ravioli.
    – Spoon half the remaining meat sauce over the ravioli.
    – Sprinkle 1 cup mozzarella and half the Parmesan cheese. Add ricotta dollops if using.
    – Repeat the layers with remaining ravioli, meat sauce, and cheeses.

    Step 3: Cook on Low

    – Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours until ravioli is tender and cheese is bubbly. Avoid high heat to prevent overcooking.

    Step 4: Serve & Enjoy

    – Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
    – Garnish with parsley or extra Parmesan. Serve hot for ultimate comfort.
